Swimmingpool Mosaqua Gulpen (5 banen)

Type training: Children swimexercises, Competition, Masters and recreational swimmers.



Monday (Trainer: Hoy Lin Moo)

20:30 – 21:30 uur

Combibad Geusseltbad (5 lanes)

Type training: Technical excercises, short distances/short assignments, videorecording

On Monday attention is being paid to freestyle technique.The variation makes this training perfect for the swimmer who does not want to swim freestyle all the time. Generally, shorter distances are swam. During the season, topics are also being worked out, for example the preparation for a competition.

Tuesday (Trainer: Sandra Godding-Dackus)

Type Training: Freestyle, technical excercise, short assignments
Children from Gulpen are welcome in this training.


On Tuesday, much attention is paid to freestyle technique, but also to all other aspects of swimming. A very varied training with short assignments.



Wednesday (Trainers: Sandra Godding-Dackus / Nikki Godding)

20:00 – 21:00 uur

Type Training: Freestyle technical excercise, duration, longer distances, longer assignments, video


The training on wednesday generally is characterized by technical duration. So if you want to swim longer distances and want to work on your stamina and fat burning then this evening is ideal. Lots of freestyle.
Video surveys are also arranged on this evening. If you are interested in this, please report to Sandra so that we can plan and arrange further.

Wednesday offers divers programms for different groups. There will always be two trainers.



Thursday (Trainer: Marcel Nelissen, vervangster: Anja Meijers)

20:30 – 21:30 uur

Polfermolen in Valkenburg (3 lanes)

Type training: technical excercise, short distances

Special attention will be paid to technology on Thursday. There is a lane where a technical attention to learning your strokes better is available. Tell it to the trainer where you want to achieve improvement and we work together!




Friday (Trainer: Sandra Godding-Dackus)

7:00 – 8:30 uur

Fridaymorning is for long distances, duration. So if you want to swim longer distances and want to work on your stamina and fat burning then this morning is ideal. Lots of freestyle.

19:30 – 20:30 h

Polfermolen Valkenburg (4 banen)
Training by Henk and room for long distance swimming.



Friday (No trainer)
21:00 – 22:00 h

Wedstrijdbad Geusseltbad (4 banen)
A training is available to do together with the other participants. No trainer available.




Open water swimming from may till september

 

An independant group of open water swimmers (not part of MZ&PC) set up an appgroup to go and swim in the open water together. If you are interested, please get in contact via this website: club.grindgat.nl




Saturday (Trainster: Sandra Godding-Dackus)

7:45 – 9:00 uur (15 minutes warmup, program starts at 8:00 h)

Type training: Technical training, varied training with light duration training. Lane reserved for triathletemembers.

On Saturday there is room for technical excercises that is integrated into a slightly varied duration program.
Also during this morning there is the possibility to work specifically with one swimming stroke (15 minutes to be requested up front)! For example, the butterfly battle for those who do not control this stroke yet.



 

 

Sunday (Trainer: Sandra Godding-Dackus)

9:00 – 10:00 uur

Type training: Sprinttraining


Sunday is sprint day. If you want to push yourself to the limit, just go to the end then sunday is the ideal day to come to swim. A lot of short distances, high intensity, longer rest and recovery periods. Within the club the Sunday training is known as sprint training.
